Happiness by Bing definition is the state of being happy. What makes you happy is different for everyone. What makes me happy is family and comfort, when I was 13 my family rented a house in North Carolina Outter banks, it was something we did  most summers but this summer was special. It was special because my whole family was there, my dad, mom, sister, aunts, uncles, grandma, grandpa and cousins. The whole week I was enjoying every moment, waking up having a big family breakfast then walking out to the beach and playing with my cousins, watching everyone enjoy themselves really mad me happy. Some nights we would cook at the house and some nights we would go out for dinner, and when it rained we would stay inside and play board games while watching the rain fall from the giant window.  Feeling free do to whatever I wanted and was never bored kept me going and made wonderful memories. The memories made that summer are ones I will never forget, and will always make me smile and laugh with joy. Other than Christmas Eve night, this is the only time me and my whole family have spent over 5 hours all together. Bonding with my cousins that I do not see often was a wonderful feeling because I really got to know them. There was about 17 people that all made that summer trip amazing.

The first police reports started trickling in within 10 hours of Donald Trump's victory speech.

A Muslim student from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette reported being attacked by two men on Wednesday morning. The victim told investigators that one wore a white "TRUMP" hat while they hit her with a metal object and shouted obscenities as she fell to the ground. University police say the suspects fled with the woman's wallet and hijab.


It was the first full day of America under a President-elect Trump. And it reinforced fears that the Republican's upset victory would inspire a new wave of Islamophobia nationwide.




AMAZED at this article, while reading it I am filled with emotions of anger and fear. Will this start to happen around me in my community is a question I wonder. Not only do I fear for myself but I fear for others as well.  How much more will take place?  This article is well written for a topic I find to be major.

This article stands out to me because I did not even know that there was a drug called "the Pink" the fact that you can buy it online also stands out because what are the limits? Is there a certain age you need to be to purchase this? Are there any acceptations to purchasing this drug, like for a medical reasoning?  I strongly believe this drug should be illegal in every single state. I also find this article to be ever informative and eye opening.

I find this to stand out because I think this is an invasion of privacy. Yes it is the newest technology but still the power that Uber will have in unbelievable. What could come next? Uber reading your messages to find out where you are going to dinner and have a car show up for u? The article its self is what I believe to be well written, and not bias at all. It shares lots of information about what is coming in future.

"In Vancouver, the developer of a new Trump Tower has been under pressure for months to drop the Republican presidential candidate's name from the project. Meanwhile, the Trump Tower in Toronto is the subject of a lawsuit after facing years of controversy."


This amazes me because people are choosing not to stay in trump towers because of the election in the United States and are willing to sue him. This piece also stands out to me because this is the first sentence in the article and it definitely does its job of pulling in the reader.

 Buzz Feed is an internet media company in New York City. You are able to download an app on your phone to receive information about current issues or to use a good laugh or two. You could also visit buzz feeds website. I found Buzz Feed to focus a lot on quizzes that u can take on interesting topics like something to do when you are bored. Buzz Feed covers a many topics including animals, DYI's, politics and business. Buzz Feed does include journalism because it does keep the people updated on current news therefore that is why it is relevant. Buzz feed does differ in a sense where there main focus is not on the news all the time where places like BBC world news and NBC news do.
